Privacy Policy

FreeWave VPN is engineered from the ground up with one principle: we cannot share what we do not have. This policy describes which minimal data we process, why, and how long we retain it. It applies to all visitors and subscribers of freewavevpn.com.

We do not record, store, or inspect: • Your originating IP address • Destination IPs or domains you visit • Connection timestamps or session durations • Bandwidth consumption per user • DNS queries you make through our servers Our VPN infrastructure is configured at the kernel level (WireGuard / AmneziaWG) to discard all per-peer state after a session ends. There is nothing to hand over.

We operate a zero-KYC model. We do not ask for your name, email, or any identity document. When you subscribe, you pay in Bitcoin or Monero via our self-hosted BTCPay Server or NOWPayments. We retain only: • A pseudonymous Telegram user ID (for bot-delivered config tokens) • The plan tier and expiry timestamp • Transaction hash for payment verification (public blockchain data) We never receive card numbers, bank account details, or personally identifiable payment information.

Our marketing website uses no third-party trackers, no Google Analytics, and no advertising pixels. Session continuity on the dashboard relies on an encrypted httpOnly cookie containing only your plan token — no cross-site tracking data.

Our infrastructure runs on Hetzner Cloud (Germany/Finland). Hetzner may log server-level metrics (CPU, network) as required for their platform operations, but these are server aggregate metrics only — not user-level data. We do not embed any third-party SDKs that collect personal information.

Because we hold no personal data beyond a Telegram user ID linked to a plan, the practical scope of data-subject rights is narrow. You may: • Contact us via Telegram to revoke your account • Review your active plan tier through the dashboard Requests can be sent to @FreeWaveVPN_bot or support@freewavevpn.com.

We will announce material changes to this policy via our Telegram channel at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
